army of ink

Through these diaries you can collect the inks as they arrive on my page - adding each troop and their tough cookie salutes to your arsenal of personal power. You can also help the ink spread by sharing them with friends.

I feel wrapping paper coming on !  Click on image to view the Army of Ink  parade.   The post below hints are where they’ve come from and why I keep myself  surrounded by these little life (and day) savers.  Pass them on – because you never know who else might be suffering in silence …

Army of Ink # 58

DIARIES shut

Talking helps – silence hurts.   Just as this ink refuses to be beaten by her story – she shall never ’not tell’.  Secret # 12  talks about the silence and shame around abuse.

DIARIES chook girl

Poor chook.

Meet … Miss Are We There Yet?   Sometimes it feels like she’s been waiting forever.   No wonder – being #57 and all.   But then it went clunk.   The cog dropped into the wheel and she was on your way.  Not in the going forward kind of way – the I’ve found my spot and I’m sitting solid in it for a while kind of way.   Now she can place an inky tick on her story and be forever grateful for the ink (and the inks) for saving her over and over and over again.   Pass it on to all the brave and patient chooks you know …

Army of Ink # 56

DIARIES puppy

Sometimes things don’t go the way I want them to, particularly when I forget to make room for us, not just me – us.

Diaries easter

If you go out in the woods on Sunday ….. tell Easter bunny it’s safe to come out now.

Ever thought how strange it is that wabbits are considered vermin and therefore culled, poisoned and run over 364 days of the year - yet at Easter they’re so iconic we make chocolate moulds of them and leave trails of carrots on the front verandah to welcome them in with their special deliveries?   I suppose if anything,  it takes the pressure off the poor Bilby (Aus).  Whatever you believe – have a good one and pass this on to all the critical thinkers you know …

DIARIES bike

STOP!  I want to get off!  …  Sometimes I go around and around and around – just in case I’ve missed something.

Her story … This little girl was caught in a spin, going faster and faster fearing those waiting would lose faith in her ever finding her way.  But when she did finally get to where she was going, she realised it was she who needed the lift.  This discovery released her from the endlessness of the spin that nearly drove her mad and put the brakes on her frantic drive to continually deliver.  Handwritten poster version to print and keep.
