Mr Strawberry

The image?   My friend on the couch said to me recently, “There’s nothing you couldn’t solve through your poetry.”  This image by Shaun Tan, I’ve adopted as my  ’Mr Strawberry’.  He’s my ‘poet upstairs’ - the wise old soul who continually marks a path on my page - reminds me to hold the words close to keep me strong.  Pass him on (or keep him close)…
