A friend called last night and was going through a really rough time – and giving herself a hard time because she wasn’t coping as well as she should … so I wrote this note … and emailed 3 troops from the Army of Ink her way. Following on from the last blog post … stick this one up as a reminder to keep questioning “Who’s holding the mirror?” You’d be surprised how often the reflection of who we are comes from those around us. If it’s good – bottle it. If not – return it to its wrongful owner.
